Soyuz 7K-LOK No.1
The third N1 launch (vehicle 6L) carried mock-ups of the Soyuz 7K-LOK lunar orbiter and LK lander to test the rocket itself. Uncontrolled roll built up shortly after liftoff and the vehicle broke up about 50 seconds into flight.
