Biography
Wang Jie is a Chinese astronaut selected as part of the Shenzhou program. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in June 2009 and enlisted in the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in January 2021. Prior to being chosen into the astronaut corps, he worked as a engineer at the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC).
